I broke a front tooth and Dr. Kieffer bonded it 5 years ago. It still looks great today! The bad reviews under here are bogus. I'm questioning if they were even written by actual patients. In order to get kicked out of a dental practice you have to miss multiple appointments or do something really sketchy. Trying to imply Dr. Kieffer falsely diagnosed some work is a blatant lie. His quality of character surpasses tactics like that and his office is so busy he would never need to do that anyway. Kieffer Dental is one of the top practices in Rapid City. I feel like I am a good judge of quality of care (being a dentist myself) and I know Dr. Kieffer does some top notch work.

I was travelling from out of state and started to have a problem with a tooth. I was apprehensive about just picking a clinic at random but was VERY pleasantly surprised with my experience. First, they got me in right away. The office staff was a pleasure to interact with. The dental assistant was excellent and my experience with Dentist Kort Herman was top notch and actually a pleasant experience. My issue was addressed in the same visit; I was fully expecting at least two visits. I highly recommend this clinic and wish this was my "home" clinic! GREAT JOB Kieffer Family Dental!
